This Privacy Policy explains how Thesis Capital (“Thesis Capital,” “LegacyVector,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit legacyvector.com, subscribe to our newsletter, use our tools, or purchase a subscription (together, the “Service”). It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. Your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter (via Beehiiv) or contact us; your email, name, and billing details when you purchase a subscription (collected and processed by Stripe on our behalf — we do not receive or store your full card number); and any information you submit through forms on the site (for example, the sponsorship inquiry form).
Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps, collected through cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 4 below.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including billing and account provisioning;
- To send the newsletter and respond to inquiries;
- To understand how the Service is used and to measure and improve site performance (analytics);
- To advertise the Service and measure the effectiveness of our advertising, as described below; and
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues, and to comply with legal obligations.

California (CCPA/CPRA).If you are a California resident, sharing information with advertising platforms for targeted advertising as described in Section 4 may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law. Declining cookies via the cookie banner opts you out of this sharing. You also have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. EEA/UK (GDPR). If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Where we rely on your consent (such as for advertising cookies), you may withdraw it at any time via the cookie preferences control without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
